Girl animals is my first ever series of works.

I began painting for this collection after graduating college and being overwhelmed with the newfound feeling of what felt like true womanhood. 

I created my own zoo of tender-auraed fauna representing the guiding forces of femininity, from beauty and sensitivity to anger and over-sexualization.
