Solar Return is my first exhibited work, and my return to my first love, acrylic painting, after a 2 year hiatus.

Artist Statement: Girl Animals

Girl animals is my first ever series of works. I began painting for this collection after graduating college and being overwhelmed with the newfound feeling of what felt like true womanhood. 


I created my own zoo of fauna representing the guiding forces of femininity to join my foray into the real world.
